Brain Overload vs. Brain Freeze

Social Media has many layers, fundamentals, and quite frankly, it's just a lot to take in at one time.  Finding a balance is a key when trying to understand and undertake the day to day changes inside the realm of Social Media.

Ask yourself, "What do I already know and What do I really need to know"? If you are like me, this is when you experience Brain Overload vs. Brain Freeze.

What's the difference?

Brain Overload:
It refers to our inability to absorb and process all the information to which we are exposed.

Brain Freeze:
A condition that occurs when quickly eating or drinking a cold item, resulting in a painful but temporary headache.

These two concepts are completely different by meaning but undergo the same feeling when it is taking place.  Social Media can be confusing for people who aren’t yet a part of the Social Society. Where do you start? What should you join? Social Media is something that has wormed its way into our daily lives, and become an integral part of it for many of us. If you haven’t gotten on board the train yet, what are you waiting for?

Follow me daily and I will take you into the abiss of Social Media and walk you through what you want and need to know.
